Preparation Steps

• Print out sudoku pages for varying difficulty levels (Easy to hard)

OR purchase a sudoku book and photocopy the pages to share with participants.

Activity Instructions

• Sudoku is a grid of 0x0 squares. Each ‘square’ has 9 spaces in the form of a 3×3 grid.

• The grids are prefilled with some numbers depending on the difficulty of the puzzle.

• The goal of the game is to fill each row, column, and square with the numbers 1-9 with no repeats.

• Participants will have to use thinking skills and the process of elimination to complete the puzzle.
