Preparation Steps
• Create a banner or title that says ‘Kindness Board’
• Post board in a well travelled area such as a nursing pod, meeting room, or staff room
Activity Instructions
1. Present Kindness board to staff as a way to uplift and encourage each other.
2. Hand out sticky notes to staff to get the board started.
3. Leave sticky notes and permanent markers by the board for staff so that staff could add to the board on their own time
4. Fill board with notes of kindness and encouragement!

• Notes can be personal or general, as long as they are nice!
