• Guided meditation or imagery script

• Chair or bench

Preparation Steps

• Find a place that is quiet, either a quiet room or outside where there is not a lot of traffic

• Set up and play music as participants are arriving into the room

 

Activity Instructions

1. Create a calm atmosphere as participant(s) enter the space.

2. Speak in a soft voice.

3. Start relaxation but asking partcipants to sit in a relaxed position.

4. Start by reading or playing the guided imagery or meditation.
